This award winning international accountancy firm is looking for a Manager to head up and deliver their BD function in the Reading office.

Reporting into the Southern Region Head of Marketing and BD, this highly varied and autonomous role will act as a trusted adviser to lead partners and be responsible for driving up revenues across all practice areas and sector groups.

Key responsibilities will include market research and audit of current client relationships, the development of a key account programme and support all new business targeting initiatives (lead generation across cold and warm targets). In addition, the position will advise and project manage the proposal process and ensure best use of relationship management systems.

The successful candidate must have experience of working in a professional services partnership firm, ideally with a large market footprint. They will have established a proven track record in Business Development, and have excellent experience of managing relationships with senior partners.
